1. Program Information:

a. What is the Select Junction Affiliate Program?
The Select Junction Affiliate Program allows you to make money by referring customers to our websites. Simply paste one of our banners on your site, and you get paid every time a visitor that makes a purchase on our properties. You can even get paid for promotional emails. Through sophisticated technology, you can track exactly who made a purchase, and for what amount.

b. How do I join?
Getting Started is Easy. Just fill out the short application form and wait for approval. A staff member will review your application within 24 hours (usually faster). You will then be granted full access to our marketing materials and proven promotion strategies. You will also be assigned a dedicated account representative—just in case you ever need a real person to talk to.

c. How does the Affiliate Program work?
The Select Junction™ Affiliate Program allows you to make money by referring customers to our website. When referred viditors purchase products in our network, you earn a commission. IDevDirect provides consolidated payment, direct deposit, or payment through Paypal. In every calendar month in which you’ve earned more than the minimum threshold (US$50), IDevDirect will send you payment through Paypal the commissions you have earned according to the Program Term. It’s that easy.

d. Does it cost anything to join?
Nope! It’s absolutely free to join the Select Junction™ Affiliate Program. There’s no charge to apply, and there’s no minimum sales or traffic requirements.

e. What Affiliate Software does Select Junction use?
Select Junction™ uses iDevAffiliate software. We’ve chosen this software because it is user-friendly, reliable, and compatible across nearly all platforms.

f. What are my responsibilities as a Select Junction™ affiliate?
You’re responsible for using the links, creatives, and tag generator that enable you to create and place links on your site. These can be found in the interface within your account with IDevDirect. We handle everything else.

g. How long does the acceptance process take?
We will let you know whether you have been accepted to the program within 24 hours.

h. How do I manage my account information?
Once you have joined IDevDirect, you will be provided access to the IDevDirect interface and modify your account information. IDevDirect provides an excellent Help tool that explains the necessary steps to manage account information.

i. If I operate more than one site, can I join with both?
You can have multiple sites under one Select Junction™ affiliate account. You can create links and generate reports for each site separately. You will receive one aggregate commission payment for all the sites.

j. Are websites outside the US eligible for the Affiliate Program?
Yes. In fact, some of our top earning publishers are based outside of the United States.

2. Setting up Links

a. After I join, how do I get the ads and creatives to put on my site?
Log in to the account we provide you, and under the “Get Links” section, you will be able to choose from a selection of creatives. You will be able to view all the links and banner ads available and choose which one(s) you would like to place on your site. Once you have chosen, click “Get HTML,” and simply copy and paste the HTML code into your web page.

b. Where should I place the Select Junction™ links on my site?
You should place the product links where they’re easy for your visitors to find including: your site’s home page, navigation bar, and any other high traffic areas. By placing the links on easily accessed site locations, visitors will be more likely to make a purchase. We recommend placing our banners/links above the fold, for maximum visibility

c. How often should I update my links?
Although our products and pricing remain fairly constant, we do add and update our offerings periodically. We will update our links and banner creatives when this occers. Since IDevDirect hosts the images for the banner ads, when we update the existing creative, the banners will dynamically update on your site. However, text links will need to be manually updated by you since it is hardcoded in the HTML. We recommended you check for updates monthly.

d. What if I need to contact Select Junction™?
Most questions can be answered in the “My Account” section. If you have further questions, you may contact your account representative at anyime.

3. Sales and Commissions

a. How much can I earn?
Earnings from the Affiliate Program vary and depend on your website and visitors. However, if you frequently update your site with our pre-approved links and closely monitor your site’s performance using IDevDirct measurement tools, you’ll have a good idea of how to optimize your site.

b. How do I know how much commission I’ve earned?
Through the IDevDirect interface, you will have access to real-time reporting, which provides information on impressions, click-throughs, orders, shipments, and commissions earned.

c. How can I monitor my sales?
You can monitor your sales by accessing reports through the IDevDirect interface. Please note: Purchaser’s cookies must be enabled for us to track the sale. Some web browsers permit users to elect not to receive cookies. Only visitors who accept cookies can be tracked for referral fees. You understand that no referral fee can be collected for any purchase made by a visitor who does not accept cookies or who has deleted cookies during the session.

d. How often can I run reports?
You can run real-time reports to enhance the performance of your campaigns. Deeper reporting options are available with the IDevDirect interface, allowing you to evaluate how products are performing by sorting through different criteria such as “Performance by Link Name.”

e. When will I receive my commissions?
Provided the minimum payment threshold ($50) has been met, payments are made through Paypal on the 20th of every month for the previous month’s balance. Other payment options are available such as check and direct deposit.

f. Who processes orders and handles customer service?
We take care of all sales, order processing, and customer service issues for the customers you refer to our sites. All you need to do is place links on your site—we do all the rest.

g.What about product returns?
If a customer returns a product for a refund, or if credit card changes are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction. While this is rare, it does occur in a small percentage of transactions. When requested, we can provide proof (ie shipment tracking) of return.
h. How will Select Junction™ know that the orders come from my site?

g.What about product returns?
If a customer returns a product for a refund, or if credit card changes are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction. While this is rare, it does occur in a small percentage of transactions. When requested, we can provide proof (ie shipment tracking) of return.

h. How will Select Junction™ know that the orders come from my site?
The link that you set up on your site identifies you as having referred the customer. We track all related information for the customers that you refer to our site through the use of cookies. All you have to do is place links on your site.

i. Do I earn commission on the tax and shipping costs of the product?
No. Commissions are based on the net price after discount of the product, not the tax or shipping fees.
